About AgentMatch
What Is AgentMatch?
AgentMatch is a totally free service to consumers that enables you to search
for real estate agents using meaningful criteria including: commission, location, sales history, services offered, experience level, and the estimated value of the home you are selling or buying.
AgentMatch aims to bring transparency to the interaction between the consumer and real estate agent.
Using AgentMatch, consumers can see the following information for any agent in our network:
- Number of years licensed
- Distance from the consumer
- Number of deals the agent has closed in the last 36 months
- Thirty-six month sales history plotted on a map, along with individual transaction details including address, date sold, and selling price.
- The agent’s thirty-six month high, average, and low selling prices
- Services offered to sellers and buyers, respectively
- The agent’s commission and estimated fee based on your property value
In order to view an agent's commission rate or to have them contact you, registration is required. Registration is 100% free and we never share your contact info. Only you can request that an agent contact you. If you do business with an agent that you find on AgentMatch, and have never done business with them before, the Agent pays AgentMatch an industry standard referral fee of 20%. Consumers never pay AgentMatch anything. Agents only pay when they have closed a deal involving an AgentMatch referral.
The AgentMatch Network
The AgentMatch network is made up of real estate agents and service providers within the real estate industry. Membership is limited and is by invitation only. Invitations are issued by the AgentMatch founders or by current members. We are currently focusing on growing our network in California but membership is open to anywhere in the United States.
